Firebug

Hand Crafted in Scotland

Multi Fuel Stoves | The Firebug

We can scale up from a small 5kW stove to a 12 kW hi-output boiler version to run a small house. The Firebug will burn any solid fuel quite happily, absorbing the heat stresses that would crack a cast iron stove.

Building by hand means keeping the detail simple, but allows us to be generous with the steel, as the material is only a small proportion of the cost.

By simplifying the moving parts, build cost is reduced to a minimum while retaining strength.

Suitable for a studio, workshop, or cottage kitchen, with optional 'wings' for extra hot plates on the sides to supplement the top hot plate.

"I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this stove. It's changed the whole house completely with the warmth it spreads around my open staircase two bedroom house..so easy to handle and no trouble to keep clean and running for days on end."
